After 3 years of technological training, the first serial microscope MIM-340 was manufactured at the Ural Optical-Mechanical Plant.
By order of UOMZ, we made a case for MIM. This is a “pilot” sample of high-tech equipment. MIM-340 is a laser microscope with a long-running super-flat coordinate table of nanometer accuracy. This combination allows measuring the surface relief of large-sized samples with high spatial resolution, without loss of focus and coordinate.
